About Us

The Idaho Unit was formed in Jackpot, NV in April 1961.  We have been meeting, rallying, and caravanning all over the state, region, and the country every since. We have members throughout the state, with additional members as far away as Arizona, Virginia and New Jersey.

We have sponsored WBCCI International Rally's in 1986 and 1998. From 2004 through 2007 we sponsored a WBCCI National Special Event Rally in conjunction with the Sun Valley Swing n Dixie Jazz Jamboree.

Our members have been/are fully involved in making the club that Wally Byam started a vibrant and ongoing group. Many of our members have or are serving as officers at the local, Region, and International level.  These have included several Region 10 president's, Past International Secretary, Past International Treasurer Lester Schmidt and Past International President Jerry Collins and his First Lady Marilyn Collins.

We are active in our local communities, raising funds for the Idaho Food Bank, stuffed animals for local law enforcement and Ronald McDonald House among others.

In the last two years we have conducted Unit level Caravans to destinations around the Pacific Northwest.
